Raymond Rood is founder and senior consultant of The Genysys Group, a firm offering organization development/transformational change support to for-profit, not- for-profit organizations and public agencies worldwide seeking to initiate, sustain and / or safeguard long term change. His consulting and teaching have taken him to all continents and working in over thirty countries. Ray is an experienced executive, consultant, program designer, developer, facilitator, presenter and educator. His experience ranges from consulting with Fortune 500 companies to start-up organizations focusing on the areas of change management, executive coaching and board development. Ray is the founder of graduate degree programs in Student Development Education and Human Resource Leadership at Azusa Pacific University where he was involved for more than forty years culminating in serving as a member of the Azusa Pacific University Board of Trustees including four years as Vice Chairman. Ray’s life’s mission is to give others (organizations and individuals) permission to give themselves permission to be what they were created to be. He defines his work as helping organizations and individuals to realize great dreams.
